Browser phone for live samples into coaching — inbound + outbound, dual-recorded and tagged to an advisor extension. Pick the store before going online (each store is its own Twilio account).

Mic + speaker: click Answer on inbound. Unmute the browser tab if Chrome shows a muted speaker. Outbound uses the store DID as caller ID.

StoreTag calls as advisor

Choose before going online. Live calls land on that advisor in triage / follow-ups.
